About lawn mowing
We mow weekly, as the lawn needs it, and work the weather, dry spells and your sprinklers into the schedule.
We cut at about three inches, with commercial zero-turn mowers and blades sharpened every week.

The contract
Mowing is by the season. Print it, sign it, and send it in with the deposit.

How often do you mow?
Weekly, as needed. Weather, drought and your irrigation all change the schedule.
How high do you cut?
About three inches. The type of grass you have can change that.
How does the season contract work?
Mowing runs until October 31. Half is due with the signed contract and the rest by August 1. If you stop partway, you get a prorated refund.
Will a new fence or pool change the price?
Usually, yes. Anything that changes the work, like new fencing, a pool or a play set, is likely to change the contract price.
